My job hunt lasted a year and I was quite discouraged and pessimistic. But the very first time I conducted a search on CareerBuilder.com, I found jobs that seemed ideal for me. I applied to one of the jobs and was called in for an interview – my first in a year! Shortly after, I received and accepted an offer.
Today I’m a research technician at a company that makes tools for semiconductor wafers. It’s exactly targeted to my area of expertise, so it is just perfect. Plus, I love the political intrigue and science aspects of the job.
