CareerBuilder.com's Account Wide EEO Screener Questions allow employers to collect data from applicants who volunteer their gender, ethnicity, disability and vetrans status at no extra cost. This tool is included in your basic posting package along with the EEO collection reporting, by candidate or by position.
Account Wide Screener (EEO) questions cannot be used if you have an external apply URL. "Screener Updates" enable you to ask multiple choice questions or to allow job seekers to enter free form text. You may also attach an external ID to a question, which allows answers to be coded so that they may flow into other systems, i.e. an ATS.
EEO questions are asked on all jobs posted if an Account Wide Screener exists.
