1. Request Password Reset Key

To request a key, please enter an email address registered with CareerBuilder.com.

I tried this, but never received an email.

  1. Check the spam folder in your email account.
  2. If you still don't see it, then call Customer Service using the number at the bottom of the screen.

2. Enter Password Reset Key

Enter the Password Reset Key you received in the email.

I tried this, but received an invalid Password Reset Key message.

  1. It may have expired. Password Reset Keys are valid for 72 hours after they have been sent.
  2. Double check to see that you have entered the key properly.
  3. Your Password Reset Key becomes invalid after using it once to reset your password.
