Cullen/Frost Bankers Announces Quarterly Cash Dividend

SAN ANTONIO, Jan. 25 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Cullen/Frost Bankers, Inc. (NYSE: CFR) board of directors declared a first quarter cash dividend of $.34 per common share. The dividend is payable March 15, 2007 to shareholders of record on March 1 of this year.
