AT&T
Following its divestiture, AT&T faced unprecedented challenges as fierce competition sprang up in the marketplace. As a result, AT&T began to lose segments of its market share. The company now had to rethink its existing marketing strategy and shift its focus to more innovative ways to approach new customer acquisition and to protect its customer base.
AT&T initiated more aggressive sales campaigns, including a concentrated telemarketing program, but it did not produce the necessary results. Retail sales were also down as sales personnel were now forced to divide their sales focus between several products. AT&T's challenge was further compounded as competitors obtained the names of its clients and instituted a saturation of telemarketing and direct mail campaigns to lure AT&T customers.
3DK proposed a more effective approach to marketing and Customer Relationship Management - our face to face professionals with a great ability to build rapport and relationships with the business community. By utilizing 3DK's sales and marketing force, AT&T was provided with the invaluable ability to reach and educate potential customers while having their undivided attention. Initial campaign results significantly exceeded AT&T's expectations as 3DK's sales force quickly penetrated the selected target markets and established category leadership. AT&T saw a swift and dramatic resurgence in sales revenues. Consequently, they requested the expansion of the successful pilot campaign to a nationwide rollout.
Within our first year of starting the campaign, 3DK has become dominate in the industry of sales and marketing to our small business customers. Our one on one approach with the business community proved to be a success with the telecommunications industry.

Brian Darling - Location Manager
Brian, a Chicago native, attended and graduated from the University of Iowa with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics in May of 2006. After advancing through training in 10 months in our Chicago office Brian now manages one of our clients in our Milwaukee office.
Nicole Whitbeck - HR Manager
Nicole started with our company in a Human Resouces role. She graduated from the Milwaukee School of Engineering with a degree in Structural Engineering in 2004. After spending a year in the engineering field, she decided she wanted a career with more growth opportunity that would utilize her interpersonal skills. Currently, Nicole is employed in our Milwaukee, WI office and is in charge of training and managing the administration staff in each of our locations.
