We assist with legal compliance associated with employee absences, reducing employer exposure to litigation through consistent management of federal and state mandated leaves.
Medical and Vision Coverage We offer a variety of coverage’s, depending upon the location of your office. Matrix provides vision coverage for employees only.
Prescription Drug Coverage All of the medical plans provided by Matrix include prescription coverage. The prescription coverage available to you is dependant upon the medical plans available in your area and the coverage you select.
Dental Insurance Our dental insurance carrier is SafeHealth. In certain locations, an In Network option is available. The use of In-Network dentists may result in savings in terms of employee out-of-pocket expense. The In Network option is currently available in California, Arizona, and Oregon.
Life Insurance Matrix provides two times your annual salary in life insurance at no cost to you.
Accidental Death & Dismemberment Matrix provides two times your salary at no cost to you.
Voluntary Accidental Death & Dismemberment Matrix offers you and your family the option of purchasing additional Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) insurance. For specific information on this coverage refer to the Voluntary AD&D Insurance Benefit page.
401(k) Plan You're eligible to participate at the beginning of the calendar quarter next following your completion of 6 months with the Company. The Company matches 100% of your contributions up to 4% of your compensation. Program is administered by Freedom One, http://www.benefitsppa.com
Employee Stock Purchase Plan Matrix offers its regular, full-time and part-time employees working more than 20 hours per week with a minimum of one year of service an Employee Stock Purchase Plan. This Plan allows participants to purchase the stock of our parent company, Delphi Financial Group, Inc.'s Class A Common Stock at a discount.
Short Term Disability Coverage The Plan pays a weekly benefit of 60% of your earnings up to a maximum of $2,307 (equivalent to $10,000 per month, the Long Term Disability Plan's benefit). This coverage is also at no cost to you.
Long Term Disability Insurance After 90 days of disability, the Plan will pay you 60% of your earnings up to a maximum monthly benefit of $10,000. There is no cost to you for this coverage.
Section 125 Plan This Plan allows you to "redirect" a portion of your earnings, on a pre-tax basis, for use in paying your medical premiums contribution and/or dependent care expenses.
Health Club Membership Reimbursement Matrix will reimburse 50% of your health club dues, to a maximum reimbursement of $50 per month.
Smoking Cessation Matrix will reimburse up to $300 for completion of a smoking cessation program.
EAP Program Matrix provides an employee assistance program. This program is a professional counseling and referral service designed to help you with your personal, job or family problems.
