The internal Staff at Vaco Resources will have a CPA or CPA equivalent background. It is not the responsibility of our clients to teach us the language of accounting, only to help us define an ideal fit for their specific need.

Personalized Service:

Within 24 hours of defining a client project or permanent need, a professional from our team will offer to visit you and your team to get a clear understanding of your corporate culture and environment to clearly communicate it to candidates. Throughout consulting engagements, Vaco will stay in contact with consultants and clients to make sure we are doing everything we can to contribute to the success of the engagement. The service does not stop when the engagement is complete or when the position is filled. Vaco Resources is committed to consistent follow-up. We will not let 45 days pass without proactively contacting you so we can anticipate any needs before those needs arise. Through this commitment to building relationships and understanding your environment, we can better match the ideal consultant or candidate to your project or permanent needs.

Extreme due diligence:

Most companies have experienced some level of dissatisfaction about recruiting agencies who define their job by faxing un-researched resumes. The same could be said for high priced consulting groups who send inexperienced consultants to perform critical client projects. Vaco Resources is in the business of providing solutions, not bodies. Every job order is taken in great detail and candidates and consultants are evaluated at length prior to contact with clients.

When filling permanent positions, we will take a thorough job order and request a block of time for clients to meet candidates. After that, Vaco professionals review our vast internal database, contact referrals, target industry competitors with similar talent and spend significant dollars on advertising in print and web media to find the best candidates available. When the time comes to perform interviews, clients will be presented with results of background checks, at least four references and resumes. At that point, it is just a matter of client preference.

When identifying talent for projects, the same process is performed with one exception. Clients don’t have to interview. Since in most projects time is of the essence, Vaco absorbs all of the risk. We identify the best available talent, meet with the client and consultant to discuss backgrounds and expectations, and then let our experience speak for itself. We are so confident in our ability to match your needs that we offer a one week guarantee. If after 40 hours our consultants aren’t everything we represented them to be, you don’t owe us a dime.
